Shiraz was carefully sourced from unique old vine vineyards across McLaren Vale’s diverse terroir. Vigilant monitoring and selection of only the best barrels ensures each bottle of The Medhyk exhibits complexity, richness and velvety length.

Opaque purple with bright hues. Dark blackberry fruit, bitter chocolate and liquorice abound, accompanied by high-quality French oak. Rich and full on the front of the palate with black cherry and dark berry fruit on the midpalate. The finish is long and well-structured, heralding a great wine with substantial ageing potential.
