The St Agnes Distillery, established in 1910, is one of Australia’s oldest, continuously run, family owned and operated craft distilleries. Double distilling through our historic copper pot stills, we demand uncompromising quality, nuturing the individual character of our spirit.
Since 1886, Angove Family Winemakers and St Agnes Distillery’s reputation has been built on producing high quality apera, grand and rare tawny, wine and brandy. This heritage has resulted in an extensive and diverse oak reserve that is unrivalled across Australia.

In 1925, Carl travelled to Cognac to learn the art and science of brandy making from the world’s best producers. It was his experience and observations on this trip that culminated in the creation of St Agnes Brandy. His journey became our journey. His passion to do one thing brilliantly became our passion. His ambition to show the world another face of Australian produce excellence became our ambition. His ultimate purpose to create an Australian spirit of iconic world standard and a uniquely Australian expression of brandy became our purpose.

The Angove McLaren Vale Cellar Door is nestled in the heart of our Warboys Vineyard.
Open daily 11am - 5pm for Wine Flights, with lunch available Thursday to Sunday 12 - 3pm.

McLaren Vale is one of Australia's most iconic wine regions, and we offer a beautiful setting to explore the fantastic regional food. Head Chef Georgie Rogers has curated a seasonal vineyard menu that indulges you in regional flavours and textures to complement our award-winning wine & spirit collection.
A la Carte Lunch reservations 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm, Thursday - Sunday. We can successfully look after groups of 6 or more on our multi course Feed Me menu for $79.00 per guest.
Outside of these times, we offer a selection of smaller plates, cheese and charcuterie.
Bookings are strongly recommended.
